For dinner in Bath, we went to a Jamie Oliver restraunt – “Jamie’s Italian”. It felt like walking inside a cookbook and the space was well-designed. While getting a table is tough on a weekend (and they don’t make reservations), on a Monday night we were able to secure a spot at a communal table after a ~5 minute wait.
JO is about simple straightforward food done right.
To start, we had Prosecco with:
Crispy polenta chips
Seasonal meat antipasti plank
The special – apple pork
Flash steak with sage and proscuitto, basil and tomato
For dessert, ice cream and ice wine (not pictured).
